How it works

Step 1
Design. Work one-on-one with us to determine your logo placement or create a brand new shape from concept.

Fabrication. Once we receive your design approval, we create your new custom master pattern from scratch.

Post-processing. The meat of the service involves a multi-day sanding and polishing process, all by hand.

Step 4
Validation. Your finished master pattern is tested with a first production mold and a concrete pour for final checks.
Pricing + lead time
Commission pricing includes the initial design consultation and 3D digital work plus creation of your master pattern. Once your master pattern is completed, it is stored in our archives long-term. You may then purchase your custom molds at any time. More details in the Pricing section below.
Our working lead time after your design approval is typically 2-3 weeks to fabricate and post-process your master pattern, plus several days to complete testing. Commissions for brand new shapes require an additional 1-2 weeks for mold box engineering and testing. These times are estimates and may vary based on design complexity.

Pricing
Lid customization ($200 to $230, based on size)
Base price includes design consultation with 3D mockups and master pattern creation. Two digital revisions included; additional revisions priced at $40 per revision. Molds are invoiced separately, after completion of your master pattern. Customized mold pricing is based on the non-custom equivalent mold's current price, plus 15%.
Example:
- "CLASSIC" baby lid customization ($200)
- One mold ($19.95 base + 15% = $22.94)
- Total $222.94 plus shipping and any applicable taxes
Vessel customization ($350 to $395, based on size)
Base price includes design consultation with 3D mockups and master pattern creation. Two digital revisions included; additional revisions priced at $40 per revision. Molds are invoiced separately, after completion of your master pattern. Customized mold pricing is based on the non-custom equivalent mold's current price, plus 15%.
Example:
- "CLASSIC" 4 oz baby tulip vessel customization ($350)
- One mold ($34.95 base + 15% = $40.19)
- Total $390.19 plus shipping and any applicable taxes
Ground-up design ($800 to $950, exceptions may apply)
Our full package, end-to-end design service where we develop a new shape or size in collaboration with you, directly to fit your brand's precise needs, offering our expertise and aesthetic eye along the way.
Base price typically ranges from $800 to $950, dependent on your design concept's size and complexity. Exceptionally large and/or complex geometries may increase the cost above $950. Includes design consultation with 3D mockups, master pattern creation and mold box development. Two digital revisions included; additional revisions priced at $90 per revision. Mold pricing is quoted after design concept and size are provided, based on projected raw silicone material usage.
We try our best to execute ground-up commissions for all design concepts but cannot guarantee the work if the request falls outside our technical machine limits. If we cannot meet your design requests, your deposit will be refunded in full.
What you'll need
Logo customization? Your logo formatted as a black and white SVG file. AI files are also valid. Common raster filetypes such as JPG may be acceptable and workable, but only at very high resolutions.
Ground-up commission? Sketches or reference images and a reasonable idea of measurements. A logo may also be added; see the above requirements.

You may email us with your logo file or ground-up design concept as well after submitting your deposit.

*All commission deposits and payments are NC/NR (no cancellations and no refunds). If, however, we feel we cannot meet your design requests on a technical level, your deposit will be refunded in full.
Work + payment timeline

1. Consultation
Confirm logo viability or ground-up design concept. Commission deposit required to begin your consultation.
1-2 days, logo revisions (if necessary for technical reasons) may extend this.

2. Design
Digitally place your logo or render your design concept. Commission service fee paid upfront before work begins.
1-5 days, extra rounds of requested edits will often extend this.

3. Fabrication
Physically produce and post-process your custom master pattern. No additional payment collected at this stage.
2-3 weeks estimated, may vary based on design complexity.

4. Testing
Mold box development (ground-up design only) and first production mold test. Molds may be ordered after testing.
2-3 days, add 1-2 extra weeks for mold boxes (ground-up design only).
